异形坯连铸机双注流全保护浇注工艺开发及应用

摘    要:通过对近终型异形坯连铸机的中间包、水口、滑块、耐火材料等设计,实现了异形坯连铸机双注流保护浇注,该方法简单,易操作,改善了职工的工作环境,降低了生产成本,同时有效地防止了钢水的二次氧化,比采用敞开浇注工艺,轧材的平均氮含量降低了12×10-6,平均氧含量降低了10×10-6,为生产高品质产品提供了技术保障。

Abstract:The double-nozzle protective casting process for beam blank caster was realized by the design of tundish, nozzle, slide bracket and refractory of near-net-shape beam-blank continuous caster. The method is simple and easy operation, having the advantages of optimizing the work environment, reducing the production costs, and preventing liquid steel secondary oxidizing. Comparing with open casting process, the average nitrogen content of rolled products reduced 12×10^-6and the average oxygen content of rolled products reduced 10×10^-6by using protective casting process. The process provides technology support for high quality H-beam production.
