基于megal6微控制器的温度采集系统

摘    要:温度是表征物体冷热程度的物理量,是工业生产中常见和最基本的参数之一,在生产过程中常常需要对温度进行监控。本文介绍了以megal6单片机为主控制器的基于DS18820的温度测控系统的硬件设计和软件实现方法,数字温度传感器DSl8820采用单总线结构,占用系统端口少,且不用A/D转换。通过按键设置和LCD显示器实现对系统的控制和显示。本系统结构简单、测量精度高。

Abstract:Temperature is the physical quantities that characterizing the cold and hot degree of object, it is one of the common and the most basic parameters in industrial production. This paper introduces the hardware design and the realizing method of software based on DSI8B20 temperature measurement system which takes the megal6 as the main controller. The DS18B20 transducer adopts the single bus structure which occupies less system port and without A/D converting. It realizes the control and display for the system with the key settings and LCD display, so it is simple and with high measurement accuracy.
