摘    要:金刚石工具广泛应用于石材开采、石材切割、石材抛磨、定厚、倒角磨边及异形石材加工等领域 .通过对磨头结构形式、磨石的排布等几类石材加工设备中技术关键的阐述 ,提出在采用金刚石工具的石材加工机械设计中应协调考虑金刚石工具磨料配方、进给速度、磨抛轨迹和冷却等因素的设计原则 ,并对该行业的发展前景进行了展望 .

Abstract:Diamond tools are widely used in stone processed area, such as mining for stone, cutting, grinding, keeping thickness, making corner, polishing sideline for stabstone and shaping special stabstone. The key technology and the difficult problem of some stone processed machine with diamond tool is related, such as grind head structure, grind tools distribution and so on. The some principles for designing such kind of machine is put forward, which coordinates abrasive burden of tools, feed speed, grind locus, cooling and other factors, and at last, the development prospect is analysed.
