塔河碳酸盐岩缝洞油藏深井裸眼段打水泥塞工艺技术

塔河油田碳酸盐缝洞型油藏在打水泥塞施工中，由于裸眼段井径不规则、地层缝洞发育、井深计量误差：一等因素影响，打水泥塞施工一次成功率很低。为此分析了近年来塔河油田打水泥塞成功与失败的原因，总结了在缝洞油藏深井裸眼段填砂打塞、预垫稠钻井液打塞、溢流井带压打塞、漏失井充填物打塞、水平裸眼段插管打塞等工艺技术的适用条件、矿场施工注意事项，使打水泥塞一次成功率提高、塞面误差减小。

Drilling Cementing Plug in Deep Open-Hole Section Located on Carbonate Crack Reservoir in the Tahe Oilfield

During drilling cementing plug in wells located on carbonate crack reservoirs in the Tahe Oilfield, it is very difficult to complete such operation without failure because of irregular open hole diameter, extensively fractured formation, measured depth error, etc. In such case, this paper analyzes successful and fail- ure reasons for above operation, and summarizes restrictions and notices while drilling plugs in such reservoir under various conditions, for example, packing sands in open hole, pre-filling thick drilling fluids, overflow wells under pressure, packing materials in lost circulation wells, inserting pipes in horizontal open hole section, etc. These summarizations are great helpful to increase operational success ratio and reduce plug-face error.
