新型固井胶塞的研制

为了克服现有固井胶塞的一些不足之处,研制了一种新型固井胶塞。胶塞本体与骨架材料使固井胶塞在套管内能够承受来自水泥与顶替液的双向压力。运行时,胶塞顶部皮碗紧箍在套管壁上,起到良好的密封作用,有效防止液体窜漏,保证了胶塞有效坐底。该固井胶塞不仅耐热、耐磨、耐压,而且能完全将套管中的水泥泥浆刮削干净,在工程中使用效果良好。

The development of new rubber plug

In order to overcome some of the existing lack of cementing rubber plug, this paper developed a new type of cementing rubber plug. Rubber plug body and the skeletal material can make the cementing rubber plug bear two-way pressure from the replacement fluid and the cement in the casing. When it runs, the cup in the top of plug encases on the tube wall, playing a good seal, effectively preventing the leakage of liquid channeling, and ensuring effective sitting end of the rubber plug. The cementing rubber plug is not only heat-resistance, abrasion-resistance, pressure-resistance, and can completely scrape the slurry clean in the casing, projects with favorable results.
