矿井基建期间利用自然风压通风的实践

摘    要:矿井基建期间,在进风井与回风井之间常年存在风流温差,产生自然风压,因此可以利用自然风压满足通风的需要。当采用冷冻法施工的主井井壁解冻后,由于井壁多处出现涌水,破坏了原有的自然通风系统,自然风压反向,造成了通风系统紊乱,破坏了基建矿井的正常施工和作业。通过采取注浆堵水措施,恢复了正常自然通风系统。

Abstract:During capital construction of a mine, the difference of air temperature and natural air pressure are present between downcast shaft and upcast shaft all the year round, so the natural air pressure may be utilized to meet the demand of mine ventilation. After unfreezing of the main shaft wall which was constructed with refrigerating method, water inrush occurred at many places on the wall, this destroyed the original natural ventilation system, caused the natural air pressure to be reverse and the ventilation system to be disordered, and disrupted the normal construction and operation of the capital construction mine. Using grouting to stop water inrush recovers normal natural ventilation system.
