| 摘 要： | 介绍了基于虚拟仪器的纸机轴承振动监测与诊断系统开发的原理、方法，初步开发了针对纸机滚动轴承的故障监测与诊断系统，井将虚拟仪器测试技术引入纸机的故障监测与诊断之中，应用实例表明该系统能对滚动轴承振动信号进行时域波形监测、功率谱分析等，并能精确定位故障源，系统有助于提高纸机故障监测与诊断水平。

| Abstract: | This paper has introduced the fault detection and diagnosis system based on the virtue instrument technology for paper making machine. The theory, method and the developing of the system are mainly introduced. This paper has introduced the virtue instrument test technology into the paper making machine fault detection and diagnosis, the implication of the system shows that it can detect the vibration signal in the time threshold, and power spectral analysis etc, and can locate the fault source accurately. This system can help to improve the level of the fault detection and diagnosis for paper making machine. |
