光学薄膜及其应用

摘    要:从光学薄膜干涉原理出发,说明了光学薄膜的工作原理。文中对减反膜、高反膜、分光膜、滤光膜等几种典型的膜系加以说明。文章最后对光学薄膜的制备加以简要介绍。

Abstract:Based the principle of optical interference, this paper has explained several kinds of representative coatings such as AR coating, high reflector, neutral beam splitter, short wave pass edge filter, long wave pass edge filter, narrow band pass coating and wide band pass coating. It also gives some brief explanations about the coating application and manufacturing.
