六极潜油电机定转子绕组的研究

摘    要:因潜油电机工作空间狭小,使得设计六极潜油电机十分困难,特别是确定定转子槽数及绕组的形式。通过运用电机绕组设计理论,确定定子槽数,并绘出定子穿线图,进而确定合理的定转子槽数配合,并在文中对分数槽绕组在六极潜油电机上的应用做一探讨。

Abstract:Because the submersible motor is worked in a narrow space,it makes the design of 6-pole motor much difficult,especially the design of stator-and rotor-slot number and winding form.By using the theory of motor windings,the numbers of stator slot are determined,the threading fig.of stator windings are made,and then the reasonable slot numbers of rotor is obtained.The application of fractional slot windings to 6-pole submersible motor is discussed also in this paper.
