海蓬子叶绿素成分的分析测定

摘    要:本文介绍了海蓬子茎叶中叶绿素含量的分析测定结果,以丙酮作为提取溶剂,叶绿素总含量为0.75mg/g;各种色素的分离鉴定结果表明,海蓬子色素成分与从菠菜中提取的色素基本一致。

Abstract:The analysis and determination of chlorophyll content were studied in salicomia bigelovii torn. It was showed that the total content of chlorophyll was 0.75 mg/g with acetone extraction. As a result of the isolation of any pigment, it was indicated that the chlorophyll components of salicomia bigelovii torr. was the same as that of spinach.
