| 摘 要： | 选择膳食补钙效果较好的奶粉及氨基酸螯合钙为原料,以目前较流行的咀嚼型为剂型,设计出具有较高钙吸收率和较好口感的功能型补钙咀嚼片的实验方案和工艺流程。通过正交实验确定出咀嚼片的最佳工艺配方,最后还制定出了产品的质量指标。
