Fault Diagnosis System of Launching Device Based on Virtual Instrument

In order to automatically fix the launching device fault position quickly, a fault diagnosis system based on virtual instrument techniques is introduced, and the design and realization methods are also introduced. Aiming at the characteristics of sequence control, fault diagnosis by work step is put forward. By adopting digital filtering technology to anti--jamming, diagnosis result is more reliable. After being used, the system shows stable, reliable performance, and the fault position is fixed quickly and preciously, both maintenance efficiency and surviving ability of the launching device are increased remarkably.
