基于虚拟仪器的某发射设备故障诊断系统

摘    要:为实现对某发射设备快速故障定位,基于虚拟仪器技术设计开发了该设备的故障诊断系统,详细阐述了系统软硬件的设计与实现方法;针对顺序控制的特点,提出了按工步进行故障诊断的思想;利用数字滤波技术有效地消除了干扰,提高了诊断结果的可靠性;使用表明,系统性能稳定可靠,故障定位快速准确,极大地提高了设备维修保障效率和生存能力.

Abstract:In order to automatically fix the launching device fault position quickly, a fault diagnosis system based on virtual instrument techniques is introduced, and the design and realization methods are also introduced. Aiming at the characteristics of sequence control, fault diagnosis by work step is put forward. By adopting digital filtering technology to anti--jamming, diagnosis result is more reliable. After being used, the system shows stable, reliable performance, and the fault position is fixed quickly and preciously, both maintenance efficiency and surviving ability of the launching device are increased remarkably.
