高强度螺栓断裂的SEM分析

摘    要:利用扫描电镜对高强度螺栓断口进行了微观形貌观察与分析。结果表明,由于冶炼或浇注时,钢液内混入了耐火材料碎块,其杂质元素向晶界偏聚引起局域性的晶界脆化,从而导致螺栓在较低应力状态下发生断裂。

Abstract:Based on the microanalyse,the fracture of the high strength stud bolt was analyzed by scanning electron microscope(SEM).It was observed that the tramp elements in the fire-proof material particles have separated out to the crystal boundary so that lead to local brittle crystal boundary,therefore the stud bolt was broken under small stress conditions.
