| 摘 要： | 用氢氧化钠浸泡苎麻代替传统的酸处理工序,采用二次旋转回归设计方法对碱量、助剂量和双氧水量与残胶率、纤维白度和断裂强度之间的关系进行了探讨,经实验得到最优工艺参数:碱液浓度:1．2(g／L);助剂浓度:7．9(g／L);双氧水浓度:16．0(ml／L)．

| Abstract: | Sodium hydroxide substituting acid dipped ramie in pretreatment process is put forward in this paper. The relation is analyzed by means of regression method between gum content, white degree, rupture intensity and the factor parameter including concentration of NaOH, aid dosage and H2O2. The optimization result shows that NaOH is 1. 2 g/l,acid dosage is 7. 9 g/L and H2O2 is 16. 0 ml/L. |
