| Abstract: | The work items, objectives, organization system and work flow of material control of EPC projects in petrochemical industries are introduced. The important material control points, implementation basis, implementation plan and material engineers duties and responsibilities are described. The improvement in material control activities such as BOMD, material supply and control method are discussed and associated recommendations are presented. |
