| 摘 要： | 文章首先介绍了黑启动试验研究的现状、目的和主要内容,然后详细介绍了佛山电网利用全顺电厂进行的黑启动现场试验过程,通过采集试验过程中的数据,比较试验前的科学研究分析,完善了佛山电网黑启动方案的编制,表明了在没有水电的地方电网,可以利用地方小火电厂为启动电源实现电网的恢复。

| Abstract: | The recent situation, object and main contents of black-start test were introduced, and the process of a black-start test using Quanshun oil-fired thermal power plant in Foshan electric power supply bureau was described. Through collecting and analyzing the data in and before the test, the scheme of black-start for Foshan power grid restoration was improved. The conclusion shows that it is reliable to use small oil-fired thermal power plant as start source. |
