H2S应力腐蚀开裂和氢致开裂的评定

摘    要:在开发含H2S油气田中常接触含H2S介质。由于H2S存在,当采用碳钢时除考虑化学失重腐蚀外,压力容器和压力管道受压元件还存在硫化物应力腐蚀开裂(SSC)和氢致开裂(HIC),如处理不当,将会使压力容器和管道突然破裂,危及安全。本文从试验和工程实践中提出了硫化物应力腐蚀开裂(SSC)和氢致开裂(HIC)评定、鉴定、评审和具体作法。
