萨曼杰佩气田在用材质失效分析

摘    要:对萨曼杰佩气田失效法兰进行了失效分析,宏观及微观分析表明,法兰焊接热影响区处理质量不高是导致该法兰发生疲劳失效的直接原因;另外,表面冲蚀损伤加剧了电化学腐蚀,对法兰产生腐蚀疲劳断裂也有一定影响。

Abstract:The failure analysis of the broken down flange used in Samandepe gas field shows that the direct reason for the flange corrosion fatigue was unqualified treating in heat affected zone.In addition,abrasive erosion on the surface of flange worsens electrochemical corrosion,which also causes a certain impact on the fatigue fracture of flange.
