| 摘 要： | 中国石油位于土库曼斯坦的阿姆河第一天然气处理厂周围为无人沙漠区,地势为浅丘稳定沙漠,年平均温度为15.3℃,气候较为恶劣。该天然气处理厂从投产至今已运行2年,经过两个冬季的生产运行,系统防冻保温措施取得明显效果。该文主要对该厂防冻保温措施工艺设计和措施完善进行总结评价,对装置防冻保温设计和运行中存在的问题提出看法,以期对其他类似工程的设计、施工、运行及管理起到一定借鉴作用。

| Abstract: | No.1 natural gas processing plant of CNPC International(Turkmenistan) is located in the middle of thinly inhabited desert areas.The average temperature in Turkmenistan is 15.3℃.The natural gas processing plant was established two years ago and has run safely and smoothly during the past two years.The process design of anti-freezing and heat preservation measures are mainly summarized and evaluated,some suggestions about anti-freezing and heat preservation in the production are put forward,which can provide some experience for other engineering design,construction,operation and management. |
