复混肥贮存过程养分退化的研究

摘    要:针对复混肥料在贮存过程中养分退化和养分损失的问题,进行了工厂化贮存的模拟研究;分析和探讨了复混肥料中氮、磷、钾的配比以及无机添加剂在贮存过程中对肥料养分的有效性影响。研究结果表明,浅红色膨润土和灰白色膨润土作为复混肥添加剂对肥料中有效养分退化的影响小于碳酸钙石粉;筛选出以尿素、磷酸一铵、氯化钾和浅红色膨润土组合的复混肥配方。

Abstract:In allusion to problems of nutrient degradation and nutrient loss in storing process of compound fertilizer,simulation study was made on storage in workshop;formulation of nitrogen,phosphor and potassium in compound fertilizer and effective influence of inorganic additive on the fertilizer nutrient in storing process were analyzed and discussed,the reseach result indicates that the influence of effective nutrient degradation on fertilizer of light red bentonite and grey bentonite as additive of compound fertilizer is less than calcium carbonate powder,from above compound fertilizer the compound formulation constituted of urea,mono-ammonium phosphate,potassium chloride and light red bentonite can be selected.
