大锻件内部疏松缺陷锻造压实过程FEM分析

摘    要:通过分析大型铸钢锭内部疏松缺陷的物理性质和变形特征,将疏松缺陷视为多孔可压缩材料,利用多孔可压缩材料的刚塑性有限元方法,建立了Cr5型支承辊钢锻件内部疏松缺陷锻造压实过程的非线性有限元模型。通过数值模拟,研究了上下V型砧锻造工艺下,疏松体缺陷的初始孔隙率、砧宽比、接触摩擦系数和压下量等因素对其致密压实效果的影响。在Gl...
