对发展我国开放式投资基金的一点思考

随着我国经济金融体制改革的深入发展，我国金融市场已进入一个新的发展时期，抓住时机大力发展投资基金已迫在眉睫。投资基金具有专业化、大众化、低风险、高收益的特点，不仅是大众投资理财的最佳途径，也是国家稳定金融市场，特别是证券市场的重要依凭，在国际上它已经成为与银行、保险分度抗礼的三大金融产业之一。对此，在阐述开放式投资基金的优点、局限性和开放式投资基金比较优势的实现及市场效应的有效发挥所需条件的基础上，就完善和发展我国开放式证券投资基金问题提出了几点基本构想。

A Reflection on the Development of Open Investment Funds in Our Country

With the deepening of economic reform in banking system in our country, the domestic financial market has ushered in a new era of development. It is of extreme urgency to seize opportunities and develop investment funds. Characterized by their specialization, popularization, low devotion and high profit, investment funds have become not only one of the best ways of popular finance, but also an important means by which a country stabilizes its financial market, especially the stock market. Besides, they have become one of the three major financial industries apart from the banking and insurance industries. Explanation is made in this paper on the merits and limitations of open investment funds, and the conditions for them to realize their merits and serve their purposes effectively, with some basic ideas put forward on the perfection of them in our country.
