凉粉草胶脱色树脂的筛选

摘    要:通过静态吸附实验和动态吸附实验,筛选出了一种用于凉粉草胶脱色用的树脂D311。在上样液体积为100mL,总糖浓度为1.93mg/mL的务件下,以100mLD311树脂采用在线连续脱色的方法,得到的脱色液的脱色率为78%,总糖保留率为53.76%。

Abstract:The D311 resin used to decolorize MBG was selected though both batch experiments and continuous experiments.Under the condition of the sample volume 100mL,the total carbohydrate content 1.93mg/mL,the decolorized solution was obtained with 100mL D311 by oh-line continuous decolorization,the decolorization ratio was 78%, and the total carbohydrate maintenance ratio was 53.76%.
