基于DSP的永磁机构真空断路器机械特性测试装置

摘    要:介绍了一种基于DSP的永磁机构真空断路器机械特性测试装置。该装置数据采集和信号处理系统采用数字信号处理器、霍尔传感器、直线位移传感器等,完成断路器机械特性参数和动态特性的自动测量;采用虚拟仪器对断路器机械特性参数计算分析,并完成断路器动态特性的显示、存储和查询功能。测量结果表明,该装置测试性能稳定且精度高,具有较好的应用前景。

Abstract:A testing device for mechanical characteristics of permanent magnet actuator vacuum circuit breakers based on DSP was present.With digital signal processor,Hall sensor,as well as straight-line sensor etc.,the data acquiring and the signal processing system were designed.The functions of automatic surveying were accomplished for the parameters and dynamic characteristics of the circuit breaker.The virtual instrument could be used for reading the mechanical characteristics parameter of the circuit breaker,dynamic characteristic curve could be shown.The measuring results show that the device has stabilized performance,high precision and better application prospect.
