水泥浆体系综合性能模糊评价方法

摘    要:石油天然气行业标准中规定,对固井中入井的材料、配方和水泥浆的性能的评价主要是按SY/T 5546-92《油井水泥应用性能试验方法》规定的方法进行,只对水泥浆应用性能的单个指标进行评价实验的方法。现有评价方法有如下缺点:①评价是单一性的,评价不全面、缺乏综合性;②固井水泥配方优选中,人为的主观因素影响多,评价缺乏客观性;③水泥浆体系性能是多因素控制的系统,没有建立评价的数学模型和综合评价体系。为此,应用模糊数学的原理,建立了水泥浆体系综合性能的模糊评价方法和综合评分方法;应用该方法能较好地评判不同体系或同一体系不同配方的优劣。对现场固井水泥浆体系进行模糊评价表明:固井质量与模糊综合评判水泥浆体系综合性能有74.73%的关联性。

Abstract:In oil and gas industry evaluations on materials, formulation, and properties of slurry in cementing have always been performed by the Standard of SY/T 5546-92 Testing Method on the Properties and Performances of Cementing Slurry in Oil Wells in oil and gas industry. This study outlined all the disadvantages included in this standard as follows: (1) this evaluation method could not reflect the multi factorial properties but only single factor; (2) the optimized formulation of slurry could not rely on the objective standards but on personal experiences by the operators; (3) the properties of slurry system could not be well controlled by a multi factorial evaluation system and the relevant mathematical model. Therefore, based on the theory of fuzzy mathematics, this study set up a fuzzy evaluation method on the multi factorial properties of slurry system, which could evaluate and discriminate between good and bad of either the different formulations of the same slurry system or different slurry systems. Through field application, this method was proved to successfully reflect a clear relationship with a correlativity of 74.73% between the integrated properties represented by the factors and the cementing quality.
