摘    要:以尿素溶液为氢键破坏剂,研究了绵羊皮胶原中氢键的破坏程度对其理化性能的影响。结果表明:随着尿素浓度的增加,皮胶原的收缩温度从65℃逐渐降低至53.6℃,其干热变性温度也由89.56℃降至75.99℃,即胶原的热稳定性逐渐减低,氢键对胶原热稳定性有一定的贡献;当尿素浓度在1mol/L以内时,胶原纤维的形貌几乎不受影响,随着尿素浓度增加到8mol/L,纤维束会逐渐溶胀而堆积成块,从而使得其拉伸强度有所降低,而其断裂伸长率增加。

Abstract:Taking the urea solution as hydrogen bond breaking agent , the influence of urea solution on the properties of sheep skin collagen has been researched. And the results show that the thermal stability of collagen will decrease with the increase of the concentration of urea solution , which can be proved by the fact that shrinkage temperature has reduced from 65℃ to 53.6℃ and the denaturation temperature reduced to 75.99℃ from 89.56℃. All these indicate hydrogen bond plays an important role in stabilizing the conformation of collagen fiber. And the microstructure of collagen fiber almost can’t be affected with the concentration of urea was 1 to 6 mol/L. The fiber bundle will gradually stack if the concentration of urea exceeds 6mol/L. And the destruction of hydrogen bond will result in the decrease of the tensile strength of collagen.
