管线钢边部缺陷原因分析及改进措施

摘    要:利用光学显微镜、扫描电子显微镜和透射电镜对管线钢边部缺陷问题进行了研究分析,并得出结论:管线钢"边裂"缺陷是由于铸坯角部裂纹遗传到成品所致;管线钢在轧制变形过程中,如果边角部金属延伸不均会产生折叠 ,压入钢板表面后形成"细线"缺陷.采用倒角结晶器及连铸弱冷工艺、提高轧件边角部温度可以有效抑制管线钢边部缺陷的产生.

Abstract:Edge defect of pipeline was analyzed by using optical microscope, scanning and transmitted electron microscopy. The inhertitance of transverse comer cracking in slab resulted in edge crack. The slimline defect was formed by the folds forced in the surface which was generated by the inhomogeneity of edge and comer elongation in rolling process. The adoption of the chamfered mould, slow cooling in CC and increasing the edge and comer temperature could effectively suppressed the edge defect of pipeline steel.
