| 摘 要： | 在党中央、国务院加快推进三网融合的政策背景下,面对国内广电市场环境发生的巨大变化,济南广电审时度势,开拓创新,充分利用后发优势,运用新模式,拓展新业务,占领制高点,在国内率先采用高清双向数字电视机顶盒实施整体转换,将中国互联网电视、电视上网、时移回看、视频点播、三屏联动等双向电视业务与传统电视业务有机融合,取得了良好的社会效益和经济效益。
