摘    要:分别使用双口恶唑啉(BOZ)、均苯四酐(PMDA)及两者的混合物作为回收PET瓶的扩链剂,研究扩链剂的种类、扩链剂用量和反应挤出机加工工艺条件对PET产品相对分子质量(η)的影响。实验结果表明:在扩链剂用量均为0.2%(质量分数)时,BOZ可使产品的η提高4600 g/mol;BOZ和PMDA联用有一定的扩链效果,但不够理想;而使用PMDA可使产品的η提高9300 g/mol,达到33300 g/mol,扩链效果显著。使用PMDA为扩链剂时,反应挤出机的最佳工艺条件为:反应段温度260℃、螺杆转速45 r/min、真空度0.1 MPa。

Abstract:The influence of chain extender kind,content and reactive processing condition on molecular weight(η) of recycled PET was studied carefully based on chain extenders of 2,2’-Bis(2-oxazoline)(BOZ),Pyromellitic dianhydride(PMDA) and the mixture of the both during reactive extrusion processing.The results showe that η of recycled PET is increased 4600g/mol when the amount of BOZ is 0.2%;η of 33300 g/mol can be obtained when PMDA is employed,9300 g/mol higher than the average η of raw material.The optimal reactive condition is as follows: PMDA,reactive zone 260℃,screw rotation speed of 45 r/min,vacuum degree of 0.1 MPa.
