针形喷嘴雾化特性影响因素的研究

摘    要:根据实验结果,讨论了针形喷嘴的结构、喷射压力对其雾化特性的影响。在实验的基础上,详细分析了喷射压力、喷嘴直径、长径比、入口角等诸因素与喷嘴雾化特性之间的关系,实验结论对工程上针形喷嘴雾化的应用方面有一定的指导意义。

Abstract:The effect factors of needle shape nozzle's spray characteristics have many to do with the choice of the nozzle structure and jet pressure.The study of above factors was made in this paper,based on the laboratory tests.Then,we analyzed the relation of the nozzel's spray characteristics and the jet pressure,jet diameter,the ratio of length and diameter,inlet angle and so on.The conclusion acquired in this paper about the needle-shape nozzle is shown no matter what theory or engineering application will have effect on it.
