| 摘 要： | 介绍了ZLW型称重式油井计量装置的结构、原理、系统的组成和标定方法以及主要的计算公式,着重探讨了和开发研制过程中采用的称重计量技术、高效旋流分离技术、计算机的防死机“看门狗”保护技术、多次沉降分离作用提高纯油计量精度技术和计量分离器的排液技术等几项关键技术。

| Abstract: | The paper introduces the structure, principle, systemic compose, calibrated method and main calculation equitation of ZLM model and weight type of oil well's computation device, discusses several key techniques of weight computation, high efficiency of rotating stream separation, "watchdog"protect against end up of computer, increasing meter accuracy for pure oil by many times of sedimentation for separation and unloading flow with metering separator in developing period. |
