基于AOA的广义阻抗变换器及其应用

摘    要:讨论了由GIC组成的正阻抗变换器、模拟电感器、频变负阻器、电容-电阻变换器,并用模拟电感组成二阶带通滤波器,计算机仿真与理论分析一致.该电路不仅具有速度高、频率高、电压低及功耗小等电流模电路的特点,而且其等效阻抗比取决于电阻比,且与温度无关,因而该GIC精度高、稳定性好.

Abstract:On the basis of earthed GIC,positive impedance converter,analog inductance,frequency dependent negative resistor and capacitor-resistor converter were discussed.A two-order band-pass filter was realized by an analog inductance.Computer simulating results prove the veracity of the method.The circuit possesses circuit-mode functions,such as high speed,high frequency,low voltage and low power.The impedance parameter ratio of the GIC relies on the resistance ratio,has no relation with temperature,so the circuit has high accuracy and high stability.
