摘    要:综合分析章丘市石灰岩矿山地质环境问题,在根治地质灾害的基础上,兼顾植物学和经济效应,运用景观美学和景观分析研究方法对矿山提出综合整治方法。通过工程治理去除安全隐患的同时产生一定储量经济效益,推动山石企业自发进行生态恢复,同时进行地质监测,为山石最优化治理提供保障。有效地解决山石开采与安全、环境、社会、经济等方面的突出矛盾,促进山石企业更好地为经济社会发展和城市建设服务。同时,对矿山治理资金断链等导致矿山治理缺乏连续性问题提出公众参与等建议。

Abstract:By analyzing Zhangqiu limestone mine geological environment and on the basis of radical geological disasters as well as the botanical and economic effects, the landscape aesthetics and landscape analysis are also used to summarize a comprehensive remediation program of mine.The hidden damage of safety is eliminated by engineer controlling ,which at the same time brings about the reserve economic profits and spurs the minernal enterprises to maintain the ecologic recovery consciously and use the geologic monitor foran assurance of the optimal controlling of the rock mine. Furthmore, it is a great achievement to effectively solve the contradictions of the rocks mining, safety, environment, socialprominent and economic aspects, which promotes the rocks enterprise to serve economic and social development and urban construction services better. Meanwhile, mining governance recommendations of the public participation are come up with to deal with such problems as the lack of mine controlling continuity resuting from the breaking of the funds chain.
