| 摘 要： | 1991年化工系统完成工业总产值1519.3亿元,比上年增长9%;实现利税132.5亿元,比上年增长2.6%。列入国家计划的16种主要化工产品产量,全部完成年计划。固定资产投资完成163.5亿元,增长18.5%。在国家“七五”科技攻关奖励大会上,获45项国家级科技奖。全行业1991年又有14项国家科技进步奖、148项部级科技进步奖。化工出口创汇额比上年增长9%,化工出口产值达102.1亿元。1991年化工行业经济效益下降局面尚未得到根本改变。

| Abstract: | The gross production value of the Chinese chemical industry registered in 1991 is 151. 93 billion yuan, and the Profits tax realized 13.25 billion yuan, The Production quotas of 16 key chemicals set in the state Plan have been all attained. The total investment in fixed assets fulfilled amounts to 16.25 billion yuan. At the, meeting giving awards for Scientific and technological innovations during the Seventh Five-Year Plan, Chemical Industry has gained 45 relevant prizes at the state level. The foreign exchange earnings of the exports of chomicals have been increased 9% higher than the prevjous year. However. the situation that the economic benefit of the whole industry comes down has not yet thoroughly changed in 1991. |
