超长隧洞TBM施工段设置中间施工支洞的必要性

摘    要:超长隧洞TBM施工段设置中间施工支洞,是确保TBM单机连续掘进20km的重要措施,此措施可以缩短供电距离、出渣皮带长度、料物运输距离和通风距离,降低工程造价;也为采取各种有效措施争取工期创造了条件。实践证明,在大断面超长隧洞TBM施工段设置中间施工支洞,是一个成功的经验。

Abstract:The placement of construction adits on TBM construction section for tunneling of super-long tunnel is an important measure to ensure the long distance tunneling by a single TBM; with which all the distances of the power supply, the material transportation, the ventilation for the construction and the length of the construction spoil disposal conveying belt can be shortened with the reduced construction cost, and furthermore, a better condition is made for guaranteeing the construction period. On the whole, this is a good experience for the construction of the tunnel with large cross-section and super length by TBM.
