基于碳纤维复合材料的柔性复合式触觉传感器

摘    要:分析了碳纤维复合材料的敏感特性,基于该种材料良好的压力/温度敏感特性,设计了一种具备压力和温度同时检测功能的新型柔性复合式触觉传感器。利用2种碳纤维复合材料各自具有的不同压力和温度敏感特性构建了求解压力和温度的数学模型,基于该模型设计并制作了柔性复合式触觉传感器。通过对传感器标定及实验结果的误差分析表明,该传感器设计解决了压力和温度同时检测时存在的交叉干扰问题,实现了传感器的复合式功能。

Abstract:The sensitive characteristics of carbon fiber composites are analyzed. Based on the good pressure and temperature characteristics of carbon fiber composites, a novel flexible multi-functional tactile sensor for simultaneous detection of pressure and temperature is developed. A mathematical model to calculate the pressure and temperature is constructed based on the different pressure and temperature sensitive characteristics of two type carbon fiber composites. The multi-functional tactile sensor based on the mathematical model is fabricated. According to the sensor calibration and error analysis of experiment results, the design solves the problem of cross-interference for simultaneous detection of pressure and temperature, and achieves multi-function of the sensor.
