Cultivation on the applied talents with civil engineering of local undergraduate college

In view of main problems existing in civil engineering applied talents cultivation scheme of local undergraduate college, this paper analyzes the causes, and puts forward corresponding improving direction, and then optimizes the cultivation target of ＂applied type＂. Practice proves that the cohesion between market needing and applied civil engineering talents cultivation is good, and students improve their social adapt- ability abilities as well.
