| 摘 要： | 为贯彻"绿色奥运"理念,满足青岛奥帆基地工程绿色施工管理要求,通过制定绿色施工项目管理规划,贯彻全过程、全方位、全员参与的施工管理原则,广泛采用绿色施工技术,采取保护生态环境、节能降耗、防止污染等专项管理措施,不仅保护了环境,而且节约了资源,为实践"绿色奥运、科技奥运、人文奥运"的三大理念作出了积极的贡献. |
