EPDM/iPB共混型热塑弹性体的制备与性能

Abstract:The effect of ratio of rubber/plastic on the properties of the blends was studied. Compared dynamically vulcanized and unvulcanized technologies, it showed that dynamic vulcanization EPDM/iPB system performanced better than unvulcanized system; when the EPDM/iPB ratio was 60/40 and dynamically vulcanized time was 6 minutes, the blend had good overall performance, Meanwhile, the effects of the curing agent, curing time on the EPDM/iPB mechanical properties were studied. The results showed that DCP/S was the most perfect curing agent, the appropriate amount of which was 0.2/0.8.
