摘    要:酵母废液的利用与治理一直是国内外许多酵母生产厂多年来难以解决的问题,造粒工序是颗粒有机-无机复混肥生产的关键,而粘结剂又是影响有机-无机复混肥颗粒化生产的关键因素。本文介绍了在原有团粒法生产有机-无机复混肥的基础上,用酵母废液作为粘结剂,经设备改造,利用喷雾造粒工艺生产多种有机-无机复混肥料的工艺流程、工艺特点、主要设备、工艺指标及实际生产情况。改造后的工艺既节省原料投资。降低有机-无机复混肥生产成本,又将酵母废液变废为宝,达到既经济,又环保的目的。

Abstract:Many yeast producers consider that utilize and treatment of yeast waste is one of the most difficult problems. Granulation processes are the essential part of organic - inorganic compound fertilizer production, binding agent is also the key factor. Based on the previous agglomeration process, this paper introduced the use of waste liquid of yeast as the binding agent, and also described the procedure and characteristics of spray granulation for the organic - inorganic compound fertilizer production. The main equipment, technic index and state of actual production were also mentioned in. Moreover, the modified process could reduce costs of organic - inorganic fertilizer production by saving the investment of raw materials, and it could also change the waste into valuable successfully, achieving both economical and environmental objectives.
