单台可伸缩带式输送机在长运距、多弯道运输巷的使用实践

针对综采工作面运输巷长运距、巷道弯曲等复杂地质条件下,需要安装多台带式输送机才能完成运输任务的情况,提出了通过使用高强度整芯输送带、选用自控液压张紧系统和变频控制等技术解决长运距运输的方案,同时根据现场综采运输巷道的实际弯曲程度,调整输送机落地架的两侧支腿的不同高度,解决了输送带在巷道弯曲点平稳运行难题。现已在东庞矿2612综采工作面运输巷实现了单台可伸缩带式输送机完成1 500 m运距、多点弯曲巷道的运输。

A Extensible Belt Conveyor Applied to Long and Multi-curve Haulage Roadway

At full-mechanized coal mining face,for the long transportation lane in haulage roadway and the complicated geological conditions of curved roadway and etc.,needing to install multi belt conveyors to complete the conveyance,proposes a scheme through the uses of high-strength full-core conveyor belt,the automatic hydraulic tensioning system and the frequency convertor control technology to solve the problems of long-distance conveyance,and at same time,adjusts the different heights of landing legs on the both sides of conveyor landing frame to the actual curved degree of full-mechanized coal mining transporting roadway to solve the problem of conveyor belt to operate stably in the curved roadway point.A single extensible belt conveyor has achieved to complete the transportation at the 1 500 m distance and more curved roadway of 2612 full-mechanized coal mining face in Dongpang Coal Mine.
