摘    要:转炉炉口的差压是由冶炼时产生的烟气量、风机的抽气量和二级文氏管环缝的开度决定的,而炉口差压的大小直接关系到炉前的环境污染的程度和煤气回收的质量。如果炉口微压差正的太多,将造成火焰外冒,恶化炉前的环境,如果负的太多,又会吸入空气,使一氧化碳燃烧,降低煤气热值,为此必须控制炉口压差,使其稳定在0~20Pa之间(具体参数现场调试确定),要达到这个目的就必须采用液压伺服控制装置对炉口微压差进行自动控制。
