摘    要:用Neuber局部应力-应变分析法估算了铸造锌铝合金ZA27蜗轮的疲劳裂纹形成寿命。结果表明:ZA27合金能够代替铜合金来制造蜗轮,并能保证其足够的使用寿命。

Abstract:The fatigue crack forming life of ZA27 alloy worm gear was estimated by Neuber methoed of local stress strain in this paper. The results show that bronze alloy materials can be replaced by ZA27 alloy in the manufacture of worm gear and has long life enough.
