| 摘 要： | 预测是用科学的方法和手段时事物的发展趋势和未来状态进行估量的技术.为了弥补传统方法和技术的不足,各种机器学习技术越来越多地应用于预测的研究中.讨论了在风险预测这一特定领域,应用基于案例的推理(CBR,Case based Reasoning)、支持向量机(SVM,Support Vectot Machine)以及人工神经网络(ANN,Artificial Neural Network)等机器学习方法来进行预测的技术.同时,以我们的工作为基础,详细论述了在信贷风险预测和工程评标中基于机器学习预测模型的应用.
