摘    要:针对无刷直流电机的控制特点,充分利用ARM芯片硬件资源,设计了以ARM芯片LPC2210为核心的控制系统,给出了相应外围硬件检测、保护电路,使控制系统结构紧凑、可靠性高。结合操作系统μC/OS-Ⅱ,简化了多任务程序设计,提高了应用程序的开发效率及系统的安全性和可靠性,使得电机适合应用于复杂的多任务处理场合。

Abstract:According to the control characteristic of brushless DC motor (BLDCM), the control system with ARM chip - LPC2210 as the center is designed in this paper. Using this method,it makes full use of the hardware resources. Meanwhile, in order to make the control system simplify and have high reliability, the relevant detector circuit and protection circuit are presented. Using the μC/OS-Ⅱ operating system,the design of multitask program is simplified. Furthermore,the exploiting efficiency of application is advanced as well as the safety and reliability of system. Considering above, it shows that the designed motor can be fit for the application of the complex multitask situation.
