低频扭转振动攻丝系统的研制

摘    要:基于单片机控制步进电机驱动主轴沿圆周方向振动的方式,研制了低频扭转振动攻丝系统,对软、硬件进行了综合测试,还设计了不同放大倍数、不同滤波频率的滤波放大电路。试验结果表明,振动攻丝中丝锥刀齿对切削区的脉冲力作用效果减小了攻丝扭矩。

Abstract:The low-frequency torsional vibration tapping system is developed successfully by a stepping motor under the control of a microcomputer. Hardware and software of the control system are integrally. With the amplifier-filter circuit, the torque dynamometer is used to monitor tapping torque. The experimental results show that, the impulsive force in vibration tapping leads to a much lower tapping torque.
