摘    要:用自制的含蒙脱土、纳米SiO2、纳米CaCO3的改性剂与聚碳酸酯(PC)混合,通过锥形量热仪测试了PC合金的阻燃性能。结果发现PC合金的放热速率、质量损失速率、生烟速率等均显著降低,燃烧时间增加,说明改性剂对PC具有阻燃性。通过分析PC合金的燃烧性能,探讨了其可能的阻燃机理。研究表明,乳液聚合法制备的含有无机粒子的PC合金是一种阻燃效能高、环境友好且实际可行的阻燃体系。

Abstract:Polycarbonate (PC) was blended separately with home-made modifiers which contain montmorillonite, nano-SiO_2, nano-CaCO_3. A cone calorimeter is used to measure the flame retardance of PC alloys. The results showed that the heat release speeds, the mass loss speeds and the smoke production rates were all reduced dramatically, the time of combustion was increased, which proved that these modifiers had the flame retardance to PC. The possible mechanism of flame retardance was discussed based on analysis of the combustion performance. The study showed that the composites containing inorganic particles were an efficient and environmental friendly flame retarded system through emulsion polymerization.
