一步法制备两性淀粉干法工艺研究

摘    要:以玉米淀粉为原料,利用干法生产工艺一步法制备出羧基型两性淀粉。通过单因素试验,确定影响两性淀粉取代度及反应效率各因素的最佳值。通过L9(34)四因素三水平两性淀粉正交实验,确定出制备两性淀粉的最佳工艺参数为:阳离子化反应,体系含水量为20%,反应温度75℃,反应时间3 h,NaOH与醚化剂摩尔比为3∶10。羧甲基化反应,反应温度70℃,体系含水量20%,反应时间3 h。

Abstract:Amphoteric starch was prepared by dry process.The proper technology parameters were obtained through single factor test.Through amphoteric starch orthogonal test,the proper technology parameters for the process were obtained: for cationic starch,water content in system was 20%,reaction temperature was 75℃,reaction time was 3h,NaOH/CHPTMA was 3,for anionic starch,reaction temperature was 70℃,water content in system was 20%,reaction time was 3h.
