| 摘 要： | 这里结合现有VoIP技术和政务内网的特点,探讨将VoIP系统安全地应用到政务内网中。由于VoIP语音业务的特点,如何满足政府可控可管理可运维的原则,设计相应的安全协议和安全机制是必需面对和解决的问题。这里考虑了党政内网环境可控和高安全性要求的特殊环境,设计了基于IBE的VoIP认证协议并分析了其安全性,可为未来政务内网中部署VoIP业务提供有益的参考。

| Abstract: | VoIP technology and how to safely apply it in government intranet are discussed. For the characteristic of government intranet,it is most important to design the security protocol and security mechanism of VoIP,thus to satisfy the rules of controllability,manageability and operability of the government. The VoIP authentication protocol based on IBE is designed,and its security in the government intranet environment,which has much higher security requirements,is analyzed.
