摘    要:障壁是等离子显示器的关键结构,起到了支撑基板间的放电空间和防止相邻放电单元之间光串扰及电串扰的作用。作为一种目前较为理想的障壁制作方法,感光浆料法通过简单的曝光和显影过程便可以形成高精度的障壁结构。感光浆料是一种无机和有机组分的混合体系,本文主要从玻璃粉末的物理性能和光引发剂的光引发活性等方面分别研究了配方中各种组分对于障壁制作过程的影响。最后,将配制的感光浆料通过涂布,曝光,显影和烧结的过程制备出适用于等离子显示器的障壁结构。

Abstract:As the function structure of plasma display panels(PDPs),Barrier rib maintains the discharge space between two glass plates as well as prevents optical crosstalk.The photosensitive paste is one of the unique composite for making barrier ribs.Photosensitive paste is the mixture of inorganic and organic component.The effects of glass powders and photoinitiators on the barrier ribs manufacturing were studied.Finally,through the processes of coating,exposure,development and sintering,the barrier ribs were produced,which is applicable to the plasma display panels.
